Ingredients:
1 lb. red potatoes
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon dried parsley
teaspoon seasoned salt
pepper
Instructions:
Chop potatoes in half.
Cut two large pieces of foil and place half of the potatoes on the center of each.
Sprinkle seasoned salt and pepper over potatoes to taste. Divide garlic and parsley evenly then spread over the potatoes. Slice the butter thinly adding 2 tablespoons to each.
Wrap the potatoes in the foil, sealing completely.
Grill on medium heat for 20 minutes, flip the packets then cook another 20 minutes. Remove from foil and serve.
