Ingredients:
4 eye of round beef steaks (about 4 oz. each)
2/3 cup Italian dressing
4 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions:
Mix dressing, chili powder and 2 tablespoons of cilantro in small bowl.
In separate bowl mix sour cream, remaining cilantro and 1 tablespoon of dressing mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Place beef steaks and remaining dressing mixture in a resealable plastic bag. Make sure steaks are covered in dressing mixture and refrigerate for 6-12 hours, turning occasionally.
After marinating, remove steaks from bag and discard the dressing mixture. Grill steaks on medium heat for 15-19 minutes on a charcoal grill or 10-12 minutes on a gas grill or until medium rare.
Thinly slice the steaks and season with salt and pepper if desired and serve with the Cilantro Sour Cream Sauce.
