Ingredients:
6-8 boneless, butterfly pork chops
1 pkg. stuffing mix (pork or chicken flavor)
1 cup flour, for dusting
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
oil, for frying
Instructions:
Prepare stuffing according to package and set aside. On a plate mix flour, salt and pepper.
Place 2 tablespoons of stuffing inside each pork chop then lightly bread each side of each pork chop with flour mixture and set aside.
In a large skillet heat oil for frying. Lightly brown both sides of each pork chop. Remove from skillet to a glass baking dish and cover with foil. Bake at 375º F for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
